Get to know me
As a doctor of physical therapy with a specialization in pelvic health, I have experience treating various female pelvic health conditions; including but not limited to pre/postpartum patients, stress and urge urinary incontinence, dyspareunia, vaginismus, and pelvic organ prolapse. Additionally, I have experience treating various orthopedic conditions, including joint replacements, pre/post ACL repair, ankle sprains and fractures, knee pain, hip pain, pubic symphysis dysfunction, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, low back, neck, and shoulder pain. I received my undergraduate degree in exercise science with a minor in nutrition from Simmons, before continuing on to earn a Doctorate in physical therapy there. I have extensive clinical training and am certified in dry needling as well.
I used to be a competitive dancer and love staying active. When I am not treating patients you can catch me at a park, on a swim, or doing a home workout! I have a passion for working with mothers who want to get active and feel like themselves again but need extra guidance. If this sounds like you, fill out a contact form and I will get back to you shortly!
